if airfare is included.

Travel insurance protects your travel investment if your trip is cancelled or interrupted for any covered reasons such as:

1. Injury, illness or death of you or an immediate family
   member.
2. Financial default of airline, cruise line or tour operator.
3. Inclement weather causing delay or cancellation of travel
4. Strike resulting in the cessation of travel services.
5. You or a traveling companion being subpoenaed.
6. A terrorist incident in a City listed on your schedule.

Note: This is a brief description of insurance coverage. The policy contains reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. A Description of Coverage detailing all coverage will be issued to you upon receipt of Enrollment Form and payment.

As an example, $1,000 of coverage is available to a person between the ages of 35-59 for $52. Actual rates are dependent on trip cost and age of insured.
